What are the benefits of Acai Berry Juice?

Acai is very rich in anti-oxidants which are nutrients that support healthy cell functioning. This means anti-aging benefits and disease prevention such as protection against cancer. There are also nutrients which help balance immune function and omega 3 oils which help reduce inflammation in the body.

So what about the fat burning?

Well you see this is the misconception, although acai berries do contain omega 3 oil which can help promote weight loss it is not significant in any way. In addition to which if you really want Omega 3 oil you are better off using fish oil which is a fraction of the price.

The real weight loss comes from the fiber shake that is to be taken alongside acai juice. It is only through this shake that weight loss can be expected. The fiber clears out your colon and helps balance blood sugar, but again it has nothing to do with Acai juice.

So the answer to the question is, no acai juice does not help you lose weight to any noticeable degree in of itself. Although it does present a wide range of health boosting benefits, no one should drink acai purely expecting fat loss.
